Posture for Work
A guided 2–3 minute movement break every 30 minutes, for everyone who works at a screen. A 3D guide shows each move, it waits while people are on calls, and nothing about anyone leaves their device.
For Health & Safety
The Display Screen Equipment Regulations require employers to plan breaks or changes of activity for screen users, and HSE notes that break software can remind people to take them. Posture prompts those breaks and guides what to do in them. It supports your duty; it doesn't replace your DSE assessments.
For HR and wellbeing
Something people use every day rather than once: short, varied movement for neck, back, hips, wrists and eyes, in English, Spanish, Italian, German and French, with a health check that leaves out moves that don't suit someone.
For IT
- Windows MSI and installer, a Mac package, and a web app for everything else. See the deployment guide.
- Lock the break interval, language and other settings through Group Policy or a configuration profile.
- No accounts, no server, no analytics in the apps. See Security and data.
- A Microsoft Teams app with a Breaks tab, for everyone to use inside Teams.
Price
£2.50 per person per month, billed yearly. £2.00 from 251 people and £1.50 from 1,001; larger organisations on request. Minimum £1,500 a year.
Start with a free 8-week pilot for up to 250 people. We give you a short before-and-after survey to run in your own survey tool; we never see the answers.
